October 2011 - Babysitting Kaylie

My husbands cousin lives in our neighborhood and they had a baby girl named Kaylee. When her mommy had to go back to work I decided to help them out and became Kaylie's afternoon babysitter after I got off work everyday. I watched her for about 9months and the kids loved having her around. You'll probably see more pictures of her later. She became like a little sister to Paige and Landen. So I just wanted to share these adorable pictures of the three of them having a blast together!

October 2011 - You guessed it Fourwheeling!!

Off to another weekend getaway, or more like just a couple hour get away just up the road from our house. It was a Saturday and we were sitting around the house board so Josh, say's hey let's take the kids on a fourwheel ride. So we packed up some gatorade and lunches and the kids and the fourwheelers, drove probably i duno 5 miles south from our house and went fourwheeling in the desert. We stopped and ate our lunch and went on a little hike. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! We had so much fun just spending quality time together as a family. I hope my kids will remember these little adventures always and beable to pass the fun down to their children.

Paige loves to help Josh load up the fourwheelers and even though it was time to go home the kids were all smiles. They had so much fun! All smiles and funny faces!

October 2011 - Camping Bakers Dam

October 2011 was a crazy busy month for us, but it was filled with so much fun and joy. So I'm going to have quite a few posts done today all from October 2011. It's time to work on catching up again ;)

This is one of many many camping / fourwheeling posts. It's our new found hobby that we love to do as a family. I think this was Bakers Dam where we were camping. Josh will have to correct me if I'm wrong. We still hadn't had the fourwheelers for very long and we discovered that the tailor made out for a very great play pen! The kids loved it and it kept em out of trouble and kept my nerves away from worrying about Landen being around the camp fire. The kids also had a blast playing in the trees around us, they called it "The spooky forest" which was fitting because we were in a forest and it was October haha. But instead of being scared of it, they would just say sppppooookkkyyyy forrresstt and giggle and laugh and run around. They had so much fun. Another absolute favorite was HOT CHOCOLATE!! We had to have a lot of it! As you can tell from the pictures, it was COLD!!! But still a great mini get away from everyday life.
